Project overview
Jianning Community is described as Shandong Province’s first steel-structure public rental housing project. The development combines a prefabricated concrete-filled special-shaped tubular-column braced frame with integrated floor, exterior-wall and interior-wall systems.
The challenge
The project needed to deliver a large residential community with high prefabrication, seismic performance, interior-space efficiency and move-in-ready finishes.
Our solution
Defeng applied its special-shaped tubular-column system, reusable-form steel-bar truss deck slabs, FK lightweight precast exterior enclosure panels and lightweight interior partitions. The profile states an assembly rate of 76% for the high-rise system.
