Jianing Public Rental Housing Community undertaken by Defeng Heavy Industries has won the China Steel Structure Gold Award, the highest honor in China’s steel‑structure industry.

As Shandong Province’s first large‑scale steel‑structure public‑rental housing project, the total building area reaches 98,000 ㎡. It adopts the patented special‑shaped concrete‑filled steel‑tube column frame‑support system. 

The project applies reusable steel‑truss floor slabs, FK prefabricated exterior wall panels and ALC interior wall panels, with full interior finishing completed in factory prefabrication, realizing “move‑in ready”. This project has also been approved as the national prefabricated building demonstration project issued by MOHURD.
