Defeng Heavy Industries has been officially authorized as National Prefabricated Building Industrial Base by Ministry of Housing and Urban‑Rural Development of China.
The local provincial standard Technical Specification for Prefabricated Square Steel‑Tube Concrete Composite Special‑Shaped Column Structures (DB37/T 5023‑2021), compiled by Defeng R&D team, was officially implemented. Meanwhile, a series of supporting standards for steel‑structure residential beams, columns and bracings were released.
03 Sep: Defeng Took The China Steel Structure Gold Award for Jianing Public Rental Housing Community
Jianing Public Rental Housing Community undertaken by Defeng Heavy Industries has won the China Steel Structure Gold Award, the highest honor in China’s steel‑structure industry.
The research group led by Liao Yuping, Deputy Director‑General of the Supervision Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban‑Rural Development of China, visited Defeng Heavy Industries and Mengshan Steel Structure. The team inspected our production workshops and the landmark Jianing Public Rental Housing Community project on‑site.
